Hi, I’m Trina.

Maybe you don’t need to start over.

Maybe you just need to figure out what’s next.

There comes a point when you realize something isn’t working anymore.

Maybe it’s your career. Your business. A relationship. The version of yourself you’ve been trying to fit into. Or maybe nothing is terribly wrong — you just know you’re ready for something different.

The hard part isn’t always knowing you want change.

It’s figuring out what comes next.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

My own path has been anything but linear. I’ve spent nearly two decades in education, built a creative business, worked in marketing and professional development, led teams and solved problems in the legal world, built businesses, coached people through change, and reinvented myself more than once along the way.

For a long time, I saw those chapters as separate pieces of my life.

Now I understand that they’re exactly what prepared me for this work.

I help people see possibilities they can’t always see for themselves.

Throughout every chapter of my career, the common thread has been people — teaching them, encouraging them, asking better questions, helping them recognize their strengths, challenging the stories that keep them stuck, and helping them turn possibility into action.

Today, as a Master Certified Life and Transformation Coach, I bring together decades of experience in education, leadership, business, professional development, entrepreneurship and the arts with one simple belief:

You don’t have to have your whole life figured out to take the next step.

Sometimes you just need the right person beside you to help you get clear about what you want, recognize what’s getting in the way, and create a path forward that actually feels like you.

Because the goal isn’t to become someone else.

It’s to build a life that feels more authentically yours.

Experience matters. So does understanding people.

Helping someone navigate change takes more than encouragement.

It takes the ability to listen closely, ask the right questions, recognize patterns, challenge assumptions, and help turn insight into meaningful action.

My coaching certifications complement decades of real-world experience teaching, leading, mentoring, creating, building businesses, and helping people navigate Experience matters. So does understanding people.

I bring both to the table—the training and the lived experience.

What People Are Saying!

So…what’s next for you?

You don’t need to have the answer yet.

Maybe you know exactly what needs to change. Maybe you just know that something does. Either way, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

Let’s talk about where you are, what you want, and what might be possible from here.
